Learned AGP Mr. Yawalkar on court's query informs that the appeal of the State Government pending on the file of Deputy Director Land Records, Aurangabad, State of Maharashtra vs. Smt. Tulsabai Shyamrao Gangare & Others, shall be decided expeditiously and in any case within a period of three months from today. 2.

Since statement is made on instructions, the same is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of above, petitioner does not press the petition. 4.

In case, if the above referred appeal is decided in favour

of petitioner, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent - Dy. Director of Town Planning, Aurangabad Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad to decide the claim of petitioner for grant of permission to carry out construction as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of production of such order.
