For the reasons stated in the civil application and in view of the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the applicant, order dated 03.08.2021 passed by this Court is recalled on the condition that applicant to remove all office objections within a period of two (2) weeks from today. If the office objections are not removed within a period of two (2) weeks from today, the order passed by this Court dated 03.08.2021 to stand restored and the order passed by this Court today to stand vacated.
