The learned Advocate appearing for the respondent points out that nobody is appearing for the appellants since 2017 onwards. The matter has been fixed for final hearing. However, the appellants are not seriously prosecuting the appeal. On 16/12/2022, the matter was adjourned to 06/01/2023 noting the absence of appellant. On the last occasion i.e. 06/06/2023, this Court noted the absence of the appellant and observed that the Court would consider the prayer for vacation of the interim relief. Today also, none appears for the appellant.

In that view of the matter, second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
