This is an application for condonation of delay of 364 days in preferring an appeal against award dated 26th October, 2017 in L.A.R. No.450/2010. The delay appears to be caused since the fnancial condition of the applicant was not good. Therefore, considering the statutory right of the applicant and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is hereby allowed and the delay of 364 days is

condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the period of delay.
