We have heard learned advocate Mr.Khedkar.

These petitions appear to be premature at this stage. The petitioners are issued with the show-cause notices. The petitioners are entitled to file reply to the said show-cause notices.

According to the learned Advocate, similarly situated persons have approached this Court and protection was granted to them.

This Court had granted protection to those, who were exonerated in enquiry. The case of the petitioners is otherwise. They are not exonerated in the enquiry. In the light of that it would not be possible to accede to the request of the petitioners.

Naturally the petitioners are at liberty to raise all the grounds in reply to the show-cause notices, including that of parity. The Disciplinary Authority naturally will have to consider the same.
6.
In case the final decision goes against the petitioners, all the contentions of the petitioners are kept open.
7.
Writ Petitions are disposed of.
