2] Present applicants, who are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.115 of 2015 registered with Palam Police Station, Dist. Parbhani for the offences punishable under Section

2 2-crappln1462-16.odt 304(B), 306, 498(A), 323, 34 of Indian Penal Code, are praying for their release on anticipatory bail.

3] Hearing from both sides as well as the F.I.R. filed by the father of the deceased and her dying declaration would show that the present applicants had minor role to play in the alleged incidents. .

So far as applicant no.1 - Priyanka @ Sony, sister-in-law of deceased is concerned, the allegations are that she always used to nag the deceased. So far as applicant no.2 - Narmadabai, mother-in-law of deceased is concerned, the allegations are that she used to say that the deceased was not able to carry the household work properly; used to send the deceased for labour work; and was not providing meal to the deceased in time.

3 2-crappln1462-16.odt 4] Considering all the facts on record and the nature of allegations, since the applicants are women, in my view, they can be released on anticipatory bail.

5] In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with Crime No.115 of 2015 registered with Palam Police Station, Dist. Parbhani for the offences punishable under Section 304(B), 306, 498(A), 323, 34 of Indian Penal Code, the applicants be released on bail upon their executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten Thousand) each and also upon furnishing surety each in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when reasonably called for the purpose of investigation/interrogation.
