The petitioner challenges the order dated 30.06.2021 passed by the respondent no.1- District Collector, Nandurbar in Grampanchayat dispute application no.2 of 2021 and order dated 31.01.2022 passed by the respondent no.2- Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik in Grampanchayat Appeal No.21 of 2021 whereby, the petitioner was disqualified under Section 14(J-1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act,1958.

I have gone through the order passed by District Collector, Nandurbar and Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik. Both the authorities have concurrently held that the petitioner be disqualified on account of having third children being born after 12.09.2001.After perusal of the record before them, both the authorities have rightly held that the third child of the petitioner is born after 12.09.2001 and

2 937.doc no material is brought on record to reverse the findings recorded by those authorities. Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 30.06.2021 passed by the respondent no.1- District Collector, Nandurbar in Grampanchayat dispute application no.2 of 2021 and order dated 31.01.2022 passed by the respondent no.2Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik in Grampanchayat Appeal No.21 of 2021 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 3.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
