Considering clause-10 of the Government Resolution dated 01-12-2022, the Petitioner not only has a statutory remedy before the CEO, Zilla Parishad, but even thereafter, the grievance can be raised before the Director of Education (Primary), which is an appellate authority.

In view of above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to avail of the said remedy. If there is any issue of delay, the time spent from the date of filing of this Writ Petition, till passing of this order, shall be a ground for condonation of delay.
