Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for applicants-appellants states that the circumstances being beyond the control of applicantsappellants, amount could not be deposited within stipulated period pursuant to order dated 30th November, 2017, however, now the amount is ready to be deposited in this court. He, therefore, seeks extension of period to deposit the amount.

Learned counsel for respondents-claimants, has no particular objection for granting extension of time, if the amount is paid/deposited by the end of this month. 4.

In the circumstances, stipulated period under the order of this court for depositing amount, stands extended till 30th April, 2018.

5.

As such, amount is allowed to be deposited by applicants-appellants.

6.

Office to accept the amount, if deposited on or before 30th April, 2018.

7.

Interim relief to continue.
