Grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed for issuance of caste certificate before respondent no.2 is pending since January, 2021.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In case the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, preferably within eight weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent No.2 on 07.04.2021. 5.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
