withdraw this petition. Hence, taken on the production board.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has settled his dispute with respondent Nos. 1 and 2, and hence desires to withdraw this petition. Some amounts have been directed by this Court to be deposited as per order dated 07/10/1996. 3.

Considering the solemn statement made by the learned advocate, on instructions from the petitioner that the matter is settled between parties, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. 4.

It is made clear that in the event the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the amount deposited, such application would be considered after service of notice on the respondents.
