The writ petition is by the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, questioning the legality and validity of the

3181.14wp -2order dated 04/12/2013 passed in Revision (ULP) No. 35 of 2011 by the Member, Industrial Court, Aurangabad, whereby the judgment delivered by the Labour Court, Aurangabad in Complaint (ULP) No. 86 of 2002 on 15/01/2011 came to be set aside, consequences whereof, the respondent-employee was awarded one time compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs.Two lacs) in lieu of reinstatement. 2.

Today, the parties to the present petition tendered consent terms through their lawyers. The respondent to the present petition namely Punjabrao Shitaram Bharudkar is present in the Court. Through his lawyer, he submitted that the contents of consent terms are understood and agreed by him and as such, he has sworn affidavit in support thereof.

In view of above, the Counsel to the present petition submits that the petition can be disposed of in terms of consent terms.

The consent terms dated 25/02/2015 jointly tendered by the Counsel for the petitioner and respondent is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The writ petition stands disposed of, in view of consent terms referred above.
