We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides, who have no objection if this Court (Ravindra V. Ghuge, J) deals with this proceeding. 2.

After considering the submissions of the learned Advocates and the strong objection of the learned Advocate representing the Respondent - Company, we have perused the earlier orders passed by this court, dated 09th October, 2019 in the Writ Petition, 26.11.2021, in CA/6809/2020 and 21.02.2023, in CA/2286/2023.

Applying the same reasoning, we permit the Group Grampanchayat, Ghanegaon to withdraw Rs. 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakhs) towards the property tax for the financial year 2022-2023 and 2023-2024, each. Akin to the earlier interim order, we continue the same order until the decision in the Writ Petition. 4.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is disposed off.

By consent of the parties, list the Writ Petition for urgent admission/hearing on 29th April, 2024.
