The petition assails the transfer order dated 5/6th July, 2004. This court, vide order dated 06.12.2004, had stayed the said transfer order. The said transfer order was passed more than 10 years back. 2.
Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders. Rule is accordingly disposed of. 3.
Needless to state that the present order would not be an impediment to pass any such fresh orders in accordance with law. 4.
Civil application also stands disposed of.
