Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has fled appeal against rejection of his application for issuance of caste certifcate. The same is pending with the Committee since October, 2019. Learned Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that respondent No.1 would decide the appeal on its own merits. 2.

In case the appeal fled by the petitioner is pending with the respondent No.1 Committee, then respondent No.1 Committee shall decide the same on its own merits, preferably within two months. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 09.03.2020. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
