It appears that this Court vide order dated 13.12.2019 permitted the original respondent - land owner to withdraw 75% of the amount under the impugned award.

It is informed that the original land owner has died post 13.12.2019. The amount therefore could not be withdrawn. Now, the application to bring on record his legal representatives has been

In view of the same, the legal representatives of the deceased Vasant Damodar Patil, are permitted to withdraw the amount that was permitted to be withdrawn by their father vide order dated 13.12.2019, with interest accrued till date. This withdrawal shall be in terms of the order dated 13.12.2019. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of.
