1. The prayer in this application is to bring the legal representatives of deceased Dilip Jaiswal as the said Dilip Jaiswal is said to have expired on 15.07.2020.

2. The legal representatives of the deceased are stated to be applicant Nos. 1 to 4. It is submitted that the right to sue survives to the legal representatives of the deceased - petitioner.

3. As such, the application is allowed. The applicant shall amend the petition by substituting the names of the applicants as petitioners. Amendment to be carried out within a week. After amending the petition, the amended copies be furnished to the respondents.

4. Application stands disposed of.
