It appears that after receipt of the matter from Principal Seat, notice was issued to the petitioner. Report is received that nobody is residing at the address given by the petitioner - Parvez Qureshi as the address is incorrect. The matter was filed at the Principal Seat on 25.10.2012 and the matter was once dismissed at Principal Seat. All these circumstances show that no interest is shown in prosecuting the matter by the petitioner. Dismissed.
