Civil Application is moved for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed for non removal of the office objections vide order of Registrar Judicial dated 20.12.2019.

The learned counsel submits that she failed to notice the matter, as such, the office objections could not be removed in time and the matter came to be dismissed for non removal of the office objections. On noticing that the matter was dismissed, the present civil application is filed for restoration of the writ petition along with the application for condonation of delay of 729 days caused in filing the present restoration application. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, more particularly, the submission of the learned counsel that as she failed to notice the matter, the objections could not be removed in time, the delay of 729 days caused in filing the present application is condoned. The application is allowed. The order of Registrar Judicial dated 20.12.2019 is quashed to the extent of present applicants. The writ petition is restored to it's original stage. The petitioners are permitted to remove the the office objections within six weeks from today, failing which the order of Registrar Judicial dated 20.12.2019 will stand restored automatically.
