The learned AGP points out that from the same project, various appeals were filed. The present first appeal also arises from the proceeding which was subject matter of that group. The said group was settled in Lok Adalat in view of judgment in the case of Special Land Acquisition Officer (III) Jalgaon and Ors. Vs. Bhagwat Vithal Sonawane1. The Lok Adalat settled First Appeal No.01213 of 2006 and other connected first appeals by order dated 8th April 2017. The learned AGP [2009(4) Mh.L.J. 308] Ethape

( 2 ) 15-FA-181-2004 fairly submits that the present appeal is left out matters from the earlier group. He further submits that the present appeal also arises out of common order passed in the group with the First Appeal No.01213 of 2006.

Considering above, present first appeal also stands disposed off. Fresh award be passed as per the settlement in Lok Adalat vide order dated 8th April 2017 in First Appeal No. 01213 of 2006. 4.

With this, first appeal stands disposed off.
