Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondentoriginal claimants are making haste to execute the award under appeal. In view of this, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause "B" of stay application, on the that the applicant shall deposit entire amount under award alongwith interest within 8 weeks from today, failing which the order granting stay shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
