The applicant has moved this application seeking early date for final hearing, on the ground that the applicant has lost his job due to conviction.

Upon considering the submissions I am of the view no case is made out to hear the revision application out of turn. The criminal revision applications of the year 2004 and onwards are pending for final hearing. No exceptional circumstance made out to entertain the application.
