This application has been filed seeking leave to file appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 5.11.2014 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Omerga in Sessions Case No.22 of 2010. It appears that the original complainant did file Criminal Appeal No.14/2015 taking exception to the said judgment and order, which is impugned in this application. The said appeal is already admitted.
