It is unfortunate that such matters are brought before this Court. The petitioner is challenging the order appointing panel of advocates by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Prishad, Jalgaon. The name of the petitioner does not appear as a panel lawyer.

We asked the learned advocate about any provision or procedure prescribed by the law or Executive Instructions for appointment of panel lawyers. No such executive instructions or rules are pointed out.

It may be a personal dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No. 3. We would not investigate into the factual aspects of the matter. We are not dilating on all the

If the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner may raise the grievance before the appropriate authority or the Court. 5.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
