The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C', as under:- "B) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pay the house rent allowance to the petitioner from March 2008 to March 2011 alongwith interest on delayed payments and further be pleased to hold and declare that, the services of the petitioner from 1988 to 1990 on non-grant

2 wp 8028.2022 basis may be considered as continuous service.

C) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent Education Officer (Secondary), Dhule to decide the issue of pending medical reimbursement bills claimed as per the proposal dated 26.03.2018 and 08.08.2020 forwarded by the learned Headmaster alongwith delayed payment of interests."

Since the Petitioner contends that the Education Officer may consider his representation dated 04.09.2021, which was preceded by other representations dated 25.05.2021 and 27.05.2021, that this Petition is disposed off.

In the event Respondent No.4 Education Officer (Secondary) has the jurisdiction, we expect him to deal with the said representations of the Petitioner and the decision be communicated

3 wp 8028.2022 to the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15.10.2022.

Needless to state, the authorities / stakeholders concerned with this issue raised by the Petitioner, shall also be granted a reasonable opportunity of hearing.
