Purshis is filed for withdrawal of the Writ Petition, along with further prayer that the management and the Head Master be directed to prepare the salary bills of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher for the period 1.12.2013 to 19.5.2015 and submit the same to the Education Officer.

It appears that, there are rival claims. In the light of that, we pass following order.

Respondent nos. 3 and 4 may submit the salary bills of the petitioner for the period 1.12.2013 to 19.5.2015 with their noting about the entitlement/disentitlement of the petitioner for the salary of the said period and forward it to the Education Officer. The Education Officer (Primary) shall thereafter take decision upon the salary bills submitted, on it's own merits, in accordance with law, after considering the claim of either of the parties.

With the above observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
