Heard learned A.P.P. for State. Perused Application and the Judgment concerned.

The learned A.P.P. submits that inspite of evidence regarding demand and acceptance of

cra1310.15 bribe, the trial Court acquitted the Respondent - accused. The reasons recorded by the trial Court are not maintainable according to the learned A.P.P.

Looking to the reasonings recorded by the trial Court, it appears that evidence needs to be re-considered. In that view of the matter, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), (C) and (F) of the Application.

Appeal is Admitted.

5.

Action under Section 390 of Cr.P.C. be taken in the trial Court against the Respondentaccused. 6.
