Mr. Thombre, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, respondent Nos. 2 to 4 be directed to issue the legal guardianship certificate of Uday Santram Javle who is the brother of the present petitioner and is suffering from Schizophrenia. The learned counsel submits that he has a certificate from Yerwada Mental Hospital. He had approached the Government Medical College and Hospital at Aurangabad, however, they have not issued any certificate to the petitioner. 2.
Mr. Dande, the learned A. G. P. on instructions states that the petitioner will have to attend the Government Medical
2 wp 2933.16 College and Hospital Aurangabad to undergo the verification of said Uday Santram Javle and thereafter only the further steps can be taken.

Mr. Thombre, the learned counsel submits that, petitioner is ready to produce said Uday Santram Javle on any date before the Authorities of the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad.

The petitioner may attend the concerned Officers/Authorities of the Government Medical College and Hospital Aurangabad along with his brother Mr. Uday Santram Javle on 16th April, 2016. The concerned Doctors of the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad shall conduct the checkup and verification of said Uday Santram Javle. Depending upon the certificate issued, further steps would be taken with regard to issuance of legal guardianship certificate, of course in accordance with legal provisions, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from 16.04.2016. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
