1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2] Both the learned counsel submits that the matter is settled between the parties before the Mediator and the report of the Mediator is kept on record and the same is marked 'X' for identification. Both the learned counsel further submitted that as per the mediation report, the matter can be disposed of.
