Delay of 454 days has occurred in filing the present appeal by the original claimants seeking enhancement in the amount of compensation as awarded by the Tribunal.

Though learned counsel for the respondents has opposed the application for condonation of delay stating that the reasons as are assigned are insufficient, on perusal of the application, I am satisfied that the delay has been sufficiently explained. I am, therefore,

inclined to allow this application. Hence, the following order, -

ORDER

i.

The Delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The application for condonation of delay is disposed of.

ii.

Appeal be registered in accordance with law. On registration of the appeal, issue notice to the respondents.
