PER COURT :- 1.

The learned Advocates for the respective sides have jointly placed on record the consent terms, duly signed and verified by the petitioners and respondent No.1, dated 3.11.2014.

It is submitted that the petitioners and respondent No.1 have settled the dispute, in terms of the compromise conditions, set out in paragraph No.4(a) to 4(d) of the consent terms. It is, therefore, submitted, on instructions, that this petition be disposed off in terms of the consent terms placed on record.

In the light of the above, the consent terms, signed by the parties, are taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification. 4.

In the light of the statement made and Exhibit "X", this petition is disposed off accordingly.

Rule is, therefore, made absolute in terms of the consent terms - Exhibit "X".

6.

All pending Civil Applications, in view of this order, do not survive and accordingly, stand disposed off.
