Present application has been filed for relaxation of condition directing the applicant to attend the concerned Police Station every Sunday till filing of the charge sheet. Interesting point to be noted is that this Court had granted the anticipatory bail to the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1379 of 2018 on 31.07.2019. The learned APP is tendering written communication received by him from Police Inspector, Economic Wing, Parbhani, stating that yet the charge sheet is not filed. The reasons for the pendency of the investigation are not convincing. Under such
