The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking writ of certiorari for quashing and setting aside impugned communication dated 07.02.2022 and 18.02.2022 issued by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and seeking admission in Ist year LL. B. three years course. 2.

The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have tendered their affidavit in replies stating that the last date for admission for the academic year 2021-2022 was 28.02.2022 and as on today there are no seats available.

The statement made by the learned counsel for respondent

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to apply for admission of LL.B. three years course for the academic year 2022-2023. The statement is accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. If any application is made by the petitioner for admission to LL.B. course for the academic year 2022-2023, same shall be considered on its on merits. No order as to costs.
