The petitioner has impugned the selection of respondent No.4. However, learned counsel for respondent No.4 would point out that alternate efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner in view of the Government Resolution dated 13.08.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to convince the Court that letter dated 05.07.2021 is an appeal. However, that does not reflect the impugned order or the proposal dated 04.06.2021. The above mentioned Government

941-WP.9118-22.odt Resolution provides for the remedy of complaint and appeal against such appointments. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available in view of the above Government Resolution.
