This is an application for restoration of the writ petition which has been dismissed in default by operation of the order dated 2 March 2020, on failure of the petitioner to supply spare copies, so as to serve them to the other side.

The application is in time. The facts averred in the application have not been controverted.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed. The writ petition shall stand restored.
