The applicant seeks leave to amend the writ petition on the ground that after petition is filed further construction has been carried out by the respondent. Subsequent developments are to be brought on record.

We have heard the learned counsel for the non applicants also.

The writ petition is not yet admitted. Non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is
