Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1. Mr; Latange, waives for respondent No.3. We had called upon him since he usually appear for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 and thereupon we have heard him.

It appears that there are representations filed by the petitioner pending with respondent No.2 and especially, representation dated 1st February, 2024. Petitioner seeks direction to decide the said representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to him. The

{2} sr. no. 926.odt demand of the petitioner is fair and therefore, petition stands partly allowed with directions to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 1.2.2024 made by the petitioner, if not already decided, within a period of four weeks by giving an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard in the matter. The decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week after it is taken.
