Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application for bringing the legal representative of deceased appellant No.2 (Somnath) on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Permission is granted to bring the legal representatives of deceased appellant No.2 (Somnath) on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of appeal memo, within a period of two weeks from today. If the amendment is not carried out within the stipulated period, the application shall be deemed to be dismissed without further reference to the Court.
