The petitioner is an educational institute registered under the Registration Act granted by the competent authority. It is submitted the petitioner also enjoys the status of minority institute and our attention is invited to the certificate issued by the competent authority placed on record at Exh. "A" and submitted that

( 2 ) the petitioner is working in the field of education as a minority institute from the year 2008. It is submitted before us that the recognition was granted to the petitioner and sometime in year 1991, the school of the petitioner institute was recognized. It seems that the petitioner institute approached this Court and under the direction of this court, an enquiry was conducted. The document placed on record i.e. communication letter dated 26.05.1993 shows that the request for de-recognition made by the petitioner institute was turned down. Then there is some material placed on record to show that various proceedings before the judicial forum were initiated. It may not be necessary for us to refer to the other details.

Suffice it to say that the only limited grievance before this Court, is that the petitioner institute has approached the State Government authorities and more particularly the Secretary of Education Department by submitting representations and though these representations are of year 2016-2017, till date of filing of petition, the representations are not decided. Our attention is invited to copy of representation placed on record at Exh. "A" collectively.

( 3 ) respondent No.1 i.e. Secretary school Education Department to decide the representations, as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from date of order passed by this Court. The decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner. Such an exercise, in our opinion, would not cause prejudice to the respondent and would only meet the ends of justice. Accordingly the petition is disposed of with above referred direction.
