After pronouncement of judgment, the learned Advocate for the Respondent-Management makes a request to stay the effect and operation of the judgment for period of six weeks.

The learned Tribunal has dealt with merits of the matter without putting the parties to notice that the charges were being considered on their merits, resulting in breach of principle of natural justice. The issue of prejudice on account of noncompliance of the provisions is dealt with in insolation without adverting to the facts of the case.
