The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to release the vehicle of the petitioner on depositing the entire amount showing in show cause notice dated 27.02.2025 without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to take appropriate course of action. Hence the writ petition is disposed of. 3.

The petitioner to deposit the amount as stated in the show cause notice dated 27.02.2025 within two weeks from today. The authorities shall release the vehicle thereafter. 4.

It is open for the authorities to take appropriate action as permissible under law thereafter.
