The learned AGP submits that Respondent No.2 will decide the said application within 60 days.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Respondent No.2 is obliged to decide the application within 60 days and shall communicate the decision to the Petitioners, ugently. If the rental compensation is quantified, the said amount shall be paid to the Petitioners within 60 days from the date of the decision.
