It appears that the appellant has not taken steps in compliance with the order dated 11.1.2019. On that day notices to certain respondents were awaited. But, thereafter it appears that notice issued to respondents No. 1E, 4 to 9 have been returned unserved on the ground that they are not residing at the given address. Notice of respondent No. 1F-1 has been returned unserved as to he is reported to be dead. Under such circumstance, appellant to take steps against those unserved respondents as well as against the deceased as well as in compliance with the order dated 11.1.2019 on or

2 903 SA 144-1998 before 25.3.2019. This is given as a last chance. If the appellant fails to take steps before the said fixed date, then the appeal will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
