We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner in the light of the prayer clauses. We have expressed our disinclination in view of the order dated 29.12.2015 issued by the Director of Education (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune, thereby cancelling the individual approval granted to the petitioner.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that as there is a vacancy, he hopes that the institution would follow the due procedure and if such post is advertised, he would apply as against such advertisement. 3.

In view of the above statement, he submits that the petitioner desires to withdraw this writ petition.
