This application is filed seeking amendment.

The application is vehemently opposed by the learned advocate Mr. Tope for respondent Nos. 2 to 5. He submits that, now, by way of amendment the applicant wants to incorporate the submissions which are already made and the documents which are already on record and the applicant is only prolonging the petition.

Since the petition is at premature stage and amendment is sought at premature stage, the application stands allowed. Amendment be carried out by Monday i.e. 24.03.2025. The amended copy of the petition be supplied on the same day to the learned advocates appearing for respective parties.
