Present application has been filed by the original claimants for getting the delay of 13 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The claimants intend to challenge the judgment and award passed by the tribunal and get the compensation enhanced. However, there is a delay. Though learned Advocate for respondent Nos.3 and 5 are strongly objecting, yet for the reasons mentioned in the application as well as taking into consideration the duration of the delay and the applicant coming from rural area, the delay stands condoned. 2.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
