On going through the Application, it appears that, the Original Claimant - Shobhabai W/o Datta Kadam [Respondent No.1 in Appeal No.1270/2019] died and therefore, her husband by named Datta Rohidas Kadam wants to get impleaded as the Respondent in the Appeal preferred by the Insurance Company. This Application is fled on the Affdavit.

The learned Advocate for Respondent No.5 and the learned Advocate for Respondent No.6 - Insurance Company have no objection to allow this Application.

Considering this aspect, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B'. Amendment be carried out within a period of four [4] weeks. Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly. [II] ORDER IN FIRST APPEALS :- 8.
