On account of failure to remove office objections within the stipulated period, registration of Second Appeal Stamp No. 29797 of 2024 was refused by the learned Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 22.01.2025. The present application is moved challenging the said order. It is prayed that the delay caused in filing the application be condoned and the Second Appeal be restored to file.

Learned counsel for the applicants makes a statement that all office objections have been removed except one. This office objection pertains to the name of the applicant No. 1 Balasaheb Irappa Chavan. The learned counsel for the applicant states that prior to his adoption, which is a matter of dispute, his name was Balasaheb Shesherao Gore. However, in view of the adoption his name is Balasaheb Irappa Chavan. 1/2

The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to mention both the names in the cause title in order to avoid confusion. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. Subject to such corrections being made in the cause title, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside and the Second Appeal is restored to file. After registration of the appeal, list the appeal for consideration on 28.03.2025.
