By this Civil Application, respondent Nos.6G(g)(i) to 6G(g) (iii) are sought to be brought on record as legal heirs of the deceased Jamunabai Gangaram Rathod, by condoning the delay of 5 years and 55 days in filing the application.

On perusal of the application, the explanation is offered about the delay and the foremost reason being that the applicants were not aware about the fact that it is necessary to bring legal heirs on record. 3.
In the wake of the aforesaid, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses A and B. Necessary amendment be carried out
*3* within two weeks from today.
Upon amendment being carried out in the Writ Petition, notice be issued to the newly added respondents, returnable on 03.03.2022.
