This application is preferred to bring the legal representatives of the respondent Narhari Mohanrao Patil on record. 2.

The judgment and award in LAR No.471/2012, came to be passed on 10-02-2016.

Learned counsel for the proposed respondent Nos. 1-A to 1-D, legal representatives of the deceased Narhari, states that the proposed respondents have no objection to implead the legal representatives of the original claimant.

Thus, for the reasons assigned in the application and to

(2) ca3012.20 advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay in preferring the application to set aside the abatement and bring the legal representatives of the respondent-Narhari on record stands condoned.

The abatement stands set aside.

The applicant is permitted to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent on record. 7.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the appeal memo within a period of three weeks.
